Sound Power
The sound power stand for hole sound that comes from a source.
There are two approve and standardized methods to measure the sound power. Both are in our service.
Sound Pressure Method
The sound power measurement by sound pressure method. Mainly for the measurement of big sources it is the only measuring procedure.
Intensity Probe
A further method is sound power measurements with intensity probe
benefit:
- measurement at high background sound possible
- fast measurement possible
disadvantage:
- only for small sources possible
